Biostatech, S. L., a biostatistics and applied statistics company www.biostatech.com looking for a professional/researcher with experience in statistical advisory activities for an open-ended contract (May/June 2024).
Demanded profile:
PhD, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics or Biostatistics. Preferably (not exclusive) with a background in mathematics, statistics, physics, biology or computer science.
Job Description:
- Providing statistical advice on research work and/or studies for companies.
General merits of evaluation:
- Previous experience in statistical advisory activities (preferably in the field of biostatistics).
- Experience in preparing technical and scientific reports.
- Advanced handling of R and R Markdown (essential).
- Knowledge of various techniques and methodologies: experimental design, advanced regression models, survival analysis, mixed models, ROC curves, etc.
- Ability to work as a team and have a pleasant demeanor.
- Good level of English.
